honey ryder, glynsky's night out...

Dear diablog,

Another musical night out for Glynsky (and this time, after all the complaints for the Florence gig, no calls to my colleagues for which I hope they are grateful!) and probably for band you don't know - so welcome to Honey Ryder!

Last night Mme. Glynskette and I went to the Penthouse at No.1 Leicester Square (first time I knew there was a number 1 - what an address!) to hear the launch of the band's new single 'Marleys Chains'.

You probably know Honey Ryder as

video

Ursula Undressed in the James Bond movie, but no, wrong! They are an indie band with an eclectic range of music including

and with  loverly lead singer, Lindsay.

At this point I issue a warning to my colleagues to restrain any 'personal' comments they may wish to make about her as...

... she was within an ace of being my daughter in law! But that's another story, other than I still love her and all her friends.

To return to the band, as I said they are indie and I hope you enjoy their last single, Choices

and the roof top 'Love In Time'

Sadly, as 'Marleys Chains' will not be officially released till April 30th there is no video yet, though I may post it when it arrives on Youtube.
Still, make do in closing with my favourite of theirs 'Numb'

Yours, diablog, wondering on what might have been

Dear Glynsky. We never make comments about beautiful young and talented women on this diablog and therefore we do not need any warning from you.

We don't?

No we don't is like Yes, we can ie it is there to be broken.
What a lucky woman as she managed to escape having Glynsky as a Father-in-law.

My question, of course, was ironic.

Glynsky as father-in-law, now that's a scary thought. It could easily be turned into a horror movie, a blockbuster to be sure.

Thanks for that ER, it would be a sell out - as opposed to yours which would be a ball buster.

Imagine:

Heaven (Mrs. Glynskette) and Hell (you, obviously) combined.

Hollywood is drooling.

Earlier on diablog Pete referred to the classic Frankenstein (1931) many times.
And Pete knows him better.

And here Glynsky reveals the basis of his business empire: pimping.

He even has a new website:
Glynskythepimp.com

Oh those chubby fingers, you meant Glynskythepinup.com.
Never mind, I forgive you.

So there you go Pete, no chainsaw, no Lindsay meet and none of Mme. Glynskettes seductive sponge.
Ah well, such is your life.

I was looking after 2 grandchildren today whilst watching and supervising two brilliant workmen put up new 9 Metre bridge across the river.
I would have loved to meet Lindsay.
Maybe next time after she has recovered from seeing you today.
