la passione 12, now cometh the winter of my content...

Dear diablog,
There really must be something wrong with me (and I am sure Engine Room and Smiles could/will confirm this statement)!
Many would be more than happy with just one of which I have a number, the 'main man' having been introduced here.
However, as with the pursuit of ladies, maybe there is more thrill in the chase than in the conquest! As I have mentioned several times, I am in the throes of rebuilding (with a degree of outside specialist help) a 1960 Giulietta Sprint and have just got the car back (with Pete's sterling help in towing) from the auto electrician. And what a change has he made!!
The instruments are all back...

... and they work! The wiring has been done to the highest quality...

with everything...

...in the right place!

(I have taken the liberty of showing this shot as the under bonnet lights are rare as hen's teeth and we actually found an original!).
However, as always in these cases, there is a dilemma! As diablog is the arbiter of good taste I would welcome your view!
In brief, I have had, for reasons too boring to list here, to 'replace' two of the original knobs on the fascia (choke and hand throttle) with two electric switches. I am faced with either fitting the original knobs to the switches as shown here:

or use the knobs supplied with the switches, as shown here:

Do you, dear diablog reader, have a preference? I value your opinion.
Finally, on the electrical front, I have been able to obtain two excellent driving lights

which I look forward to installing somewhere over or under the front bumper.

Yours, diablog, sparking
Glynsky

What you do with your knob is your personal decision, Glynsky.

Well, so far 'decision made' - though it will be interesting to see if any others added.
